These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and bookings made with Go Urban Travels. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms together with the specific terms in your written quotation.
1. Website content
Itineraries, packages and destination information on this website are provided for guidance and inspiration. They are sample plans and may change. Prices are not fixed until confirmed in a written quotation.
2. Quotations
- Quotations are based on availability, season and rates at the time they are prepared.
- Hotel, flight and service rates can change until the booking is confirmed and paid as required.
- Each quotation clearly lists inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and the applicable cancellation terms.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after you accept the quotation and make the advance payment specified in it, and after we confirm the services with the relevant providers. Balance payments must be made by the dates mentioned in your quotation.
4. Services by third parties
Hotels, airlines, transport operators (including Go Urban Ride and other travel partners), activity operators and destination partners provide their services under their own terms. We coordinate these services on your behalf and will help you if issues arise, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent service providers.
5. Travel documents and visas
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits and health documents. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or authority, and visa fees are non-refundable.
6. Changes and circumstances beyond our control
Itineraries may need to change because of weather, road closures, government orders, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. We will try to offer suitable alternatives; any additional costs are payable by the traveller.
7. Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveller details and inform us of any medical or special requirements.
- Follow local laws, safety instructions and the rules of hotels and service providers.
- Take out suitable travel insurance (strongly recommended).

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
